THE PRESIDENT, CREATOR AND FOUNDER LAQUINTAE BRADLEY

LaQuintae’s professional background reflects a powerful blend of leadership, creativity, and social impact, grounded in a lifelong commitment to serving communities often overlooked by traditional systems. Her work spans non-profit development, community capacity building, and culturally responsive program design.  She has contributed to the development and growth of LQ OP, #HERLYFE & AOCC (Author/Artist of Created Content).

With a mother incarcerated since the age of four, LaQuintae has dedicated her life and career to championing innovation through culturally responsive, uplifting solutions for communities and leaders too often overlooked by traditional systems. Drawing from both lived and learned expertise and leading with empathy and strategy, she developed and expanded her mother, Tami Eldridge’s, life work into a culturally responsive program that transforms personal stories into systems of empowerment.

Driven by a mission to build spaces that uplift rather than punish— LaQuintae works to ensure that organizations, leaders, youth, and individuals can reclaim their dignity, future and identity long beyond incarceration and its ever-lasting effects.

LaQuintae is The President, Creator and Founder of LQ Operations, #HERLYFE & AOCC (Author/Artist of Created Content) She also serves as the Community Capacity Building Consultant & Society Reintegration Consultant Manager at LQ Operations Consulting where she advances programs that strengthen communities, expand access to resources, and provide meaningful alternatives to punitive systems.

Society Reintegration Consultant Inquiry

AOCC is a vital component of LQ OP, The mission of AOCC (Author/Artist of Created Content) is to engage small groups of 10–15 court-impacted youth in exploring art, music, and literature as tools for healing, self-discovery, and personal growth. Through creative expression, participants strengthen coping skills, build positive self-images, and connect with others on similar journeys.

AOCC is a 52-week and ongoing interactive community initiative designed to provide long-term support for individuals affected by the school-to-prison pipeline and its lasting impact.

We believe in creating meaningful alternatives that disrupt this cycle by empowering youth through:

  • Mentorship & leadership development

  • Skill-building and creative exploration

  • Journaling, art, and music engagement

  • Community connection and collaboration

By fostering creativity, reflection, and connection, AOCC helps participants forge new pathways, break cycles, build futures, and live intentionally rooted in a deeper understanding of self.
