MEET THE PRESIDENT, CREATOR AND FOUNDER LAQUINTAE

LaQuintae is a Society Reintegration Consultant, Facilitator, Public Speaker, Activist, Youth Mentor and content creator, LaQuintae leads with both expertise and lived experience while bringing strategic insight to create impactful solutions for historically marginalized communities.

With a mother incarcerated since the age of four, they have both cultivated a lifelong commitment to transforming adversity into opportunity. Through LQ OP & AOCC LaQuintae champions innovation facilitating culturally responsive and uplifting programs for communities and leaders too often overlooked by traditional systems.

LaQuintae’s work is deeply personal drawing from experiences with incarceration, homelessness, and economic hardship, LaQuintae brings a unique lived and learned understanding of the challenges facing justice impacted individuals and families.

Leading with empathy and strategy LaQuintae developed her mother Tami Eldridge life work into a culturally responsive program that center the voices of youth most affected by incarceration, while building bridges between grassroots needs and families.

Turning her story into a mission LaQuintae aims to build a system that uplifts and not punish. A space for organizations, leaders, youth and individuals to reclaim their identity, dignity and future outside of incarceration and its effects.

MEET COO TAMI ELDRIDGE

As co-creator, co-founder and COO of LQ OP & AOCC, Tami plays a pivotal role in its ongoing development and success. Her work is grounded in a deep commitment to building stronger communities through purposeful mentorship, transformative education, and values-driven leadership.

Tami Eldridge is a dynamic Program Expert, Consultant, Facilitator, Librarian and Youth Mentor with deep commitment to educational equity, leadership development, and innovative program design for LQ OP & AOCC.

As a Program expert for LQ OP & AOCC Tami delivers high-impact programs that support individual transformation, self-discovery and a pathway toward long-term success.

Tami is the founder and head coordinator of G*STARZ (Girls/Guys Stepping Towards a Rehabilitation Zone) founded in 2016 - a transformative prison-based step team program rooted in reclaiming identity, community, and humanity.

With three degrees- two earned with honors- Tami is a staunch advocate for higher education and lifelong learning.

Currently pursuing a graduate degree in Business and Administration with a concentration in Leadership at Adams State University, Tami brings both academic excellence and practical experience to every initiative. Her passion lies in creating impactful, transformative programs that empower others and promote sustainable success. This same passion fuels her continued pursuit of education, with the goal of earning a PH.D.
